1.2 By filling out and submitting your email address and password, you agree to and accept that Lorensbergs collects and processes your personal data in accordance with this Policy.

1.3 You may at any time delete your account via logging in and selecting “delete” under your profile preferences.

2. Which data does threesixty.lorensbergs.se process about you?

2.1 Lorensbergs collects and processes your email address when you create an account. It stores a self-assessment of the behaviours you have identified and it sends emails on your behalf to colleagues you want feedback from. Your colleagues accept these terms by clicking on the link they are sent.

2.2 This data is kept by Lorensbergs only for such time periods as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the data was collected. Usually this is the length of a learning programme: from four to twelve months. However, Lorensbergs may retain the data for a longer period of time if the learning programme is extended after the original time-span.

3. Why does Lorensbergs keep your personal data?

Lorensbergs stores your personal data for two purposes. The main purpose is to collect and curate a snapshot of your behaviours prior to a learning programme where the data is reviewed by yourself and your peers to find patterns and areas that you would like to focus on. The second reason is to create a starting measurement. After 3-6 months, you will collect and curate the behavioural snapshot again and compare the two snapshots. The data itself is only useful to the user that owns it.

4. Changes to the Policy

Lorensbergs has the right to, at any time, change this Policy. Lorensbergs shall notify upcoming changes to the Policy via its threesixty.lorensbergs.se website with reasonable advance notice. If you do not accept the changed terms, you have the right to delete your account immediately.

5.  Data security

We aim to ensure that you at all times remain confident in trusting Lorensbergs with your personal data. In this respect, Lorensbergs has implemented such security measures necessary to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, modification and deletion.

6. Cookies

The services provided via Lorensbergs’ website uses cookies and other techniques (hereinafter "cookies") in order to function properly. Cookies are used for Lorensbergs to keep statistics of the number of visits and to enable enhancements of the user experience. 7. Contact details etc.

7.1 Lorensbergs is the data controller and is responsible for the storing of your personal data in accordance with applicable legislation. You are entitled to, once per year, after written request thereof, receive an excerpt of which of your personal data that Lorensbergs has registered. You are entitled to receive this information free of charge. Further, you are entitled to, at any time, request that we either correct, block or delete

inaccurate personal data. Lorensbergs will at your request or at its own initiative correct data that is found to be inaccurate or misleading.
